Definitely! Our cleaning teams have training on how to treat dogs, cats and other pets. We know how to love, respect and care for them. We’re a pet friendly maid service. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.
A deep clean is for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in the last three months. To see the extra things we do for deep cleans check our Services page. We also reserve the right to provide a new pricing on your home cleaning if your home is extremely dirty and/or large.
We don't offer wet wiping of light bulbs, resurfacing/waxing/refinishing of floors, putting away dishes, large furniture moving, dispose of an excessive amount of trash, exterior window cleaning, mold, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.

Absolutely! If you're not 100% satisfied please contact our office within 24 hours and we will send out a team to reclean. But more important we will ask you to clarify your expectations of our service to accurately meet them.

It all depends on the condition of your home! But as a baseline take the number of bedrooms you have and turn that into hours. Ex. 3 Bedrooms = 3 hours. This only applies to first time cleanings.
A Team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed. However, we do send a team of 1 person when the job is small (Studio/1BR/Touch-up jobs). This will be mentioned to you prior to your cleaning.
If you’re a new customer, when you book online or via phone, we ask for your credit card number to hold the reservation. The morning before your service we will place a hold on your card for the full amount of the cleaning to make sure funds are available. If funds are not available you will be notified. If we are unable to secure a valid card before the date and time of your service we will have to cancel your reservation.. If you decide to subscribe to recurring service, we’ll create an auto-billing payment schedule with your credit card.
We never have any contracts, the only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours there is a $70 fee. If you cancel/reschedule within 12 hours of the appointment it is 50% or $70 fee (which ever is greater) of the cleaning cost. If you cancel with the cleaner there or we are locked out at the time of cleaning the full price will be charged.
